Welcome to my website. My name is Jenny Hall and I am a photographer based in Darwin. Where is Darwin, you ask? Darwin is the main city in the beautiful top end of Australia's Northern Territory. Our tropical environment means that we are blessed with an abundance of wildlife and incredible scenery - lucky for me, as I just happen to love photographing wildlife, particularly birds. I hope you enjoy browsing through my photographs.
They say, "Never work with kids or animals!" Well, my other love is photographing children. Are you tired of those posed, high stress photography sessions? Are there many times when you see your kids in their own enviroment, with their own toys, and think you wish you had a photographer on hand at that moment? Within the Darwin area, I will come to your house, or a location of your choosing, and spend an hour (or two, if necessary) chasing around your little munchkins to capture as many brilliant shots as possible. I also include some more formal portraits in this time. By having the photos in their own environment, they are usually more relaxed and happy. You avoid the stress of getting everyone ready and piled into the car. In familiar surroundings it doesn't take children long to forget about the camera and just get back to what they were doing - great for natural expressions. If you are interested in finding out more, please contact me by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you live locally, perhaps you'd like to come and chat with me at my market stalls. You can find me at Coolalinga Rural Markets most Saturday mornings, and at Berry Springs Community Markets on the last Sunday of every month from 8am until 12pm. I hope to see you there. Alternatively, you can just click the 'contact' link at the bottom of the page, and email me directly.
I am not lucky enough to have my very own gallery, and I rely on my markets stalls to display my photos. If you own a business in the Darwin area that deals with the public and are looking to fill some blank spaces on your walls, I would be interested in displaying my work in your walls. What you get: Beautiful local artwork to grace your waiting areas or consulting rooms at no cost to you. What I get: The opportunity to display my work in a clean, dry environment where the public will see it and possibly purchase it. You can contact me by clicking the 'contact' link at the bottom of this page.
